There is no doubt, they read this message board. When I sued them they read every post I had made and tried to bust me on some of them in discovery. I asked the attorney if he knew about up before I disclosed I posted here and he said they were already aware of the site. On the other hand, they don’t seem to act against individuals based on their posts because they would have deactivated me a few times over.
