$5.00 and a breakfast sandwhich and donut
So my last fare this morning.. pickup at a hotel. 7:30ish.
Fare comes in party/5 with booster seat needed multiip stop.
I roll up to the hotel and they are toes to the curb with their stroller, parents and 3 munchkins.
“Our uber driver told us a couple days ago that if we wanted to do drive thru to call a cab instead, plus you guys actually have car seats. The one we got from universal had them and we didn’t have to ask” The dad tells me.
“yeah that’s an accurate assessment, um, where do you wanna stop?” I ask.
“There’s a dunkin on the way? Can we go through the drive thru?” he asks
“Sure.., it will be easier if the one who is gonna pay hops up front because none of the windows in the back open”
So I make a trip through the dunkin drive thru they put in their huge order for 5 on the app on the drive.
“And what do you want buddy our treat for having a car seat and not being a dick about a trip through drive thru?”
“Me? Uh… sausage crescandwich and a french crueller?”
“Coffee?”
“Nah gonna be my last customers today I worked all night”.
I get them to Magic kindom with their food and they leave me with a french crueller and my sandwich and a second blueberry donut.
Including the drive thru stop the meter was at $28, I got $33.XX and breakfast.
