    Can dispute bad rating

    Got a 1 today, reason distracted by phone, I was keeping eye on map as streets were winding and had to make several zigzag to main road, what was I’m supposed to do drive around in circles and have no recourse to dispute. Riders can say anything they want and we have to cop it☹
