So don’t complain to Uber and Lyft, because they don’t care. In certain queue’s where this was happening a lot. They were forced to do priority queue where you drop off and then get to pick right away. Why? because people took video and photos and reported to the Airport Main administrative branch.
You do need to be polite and write the head of the airport agency who overseas this area. This is what happens in a lot of lots that have been improved. It does take time and the problem will reemerge every once in awhile.
