I inadvertently caused “the order has already been picked up” for another driver
I think there are several ways that this happens, but I finally figured out one way. I showed the name on app the screen to the Japanese restaurant lady. She gave me 2 bags of food. I delivered both bags to a rich guy in a gated community (gate code was in the app comments). 5 minutes after delivery I got a call from the customer that he got someone else’s food. He said only 1 of the bags was his food. He wanted me to come pick it up. I told him he could eat it or throw it away. If it wasn’t sushi, I might have picked it up and ate it my self as I was only 1/4 mile away when he called.
