Insurance upload
My insurance renews every 6 months and I get a new renewal slip usually 30 days before. My current slip shows it expiring Oct. 17th and I have received the renewal slip that becomes effective at midnight Oct. 17th. Over the last 7 years I’ve driven for Uber I use the app to to upload the new slip 2 to 3 weeks before it expires. I did this 2 weeks ago and after a few days it still says in documents “expiring soon”. After a few more days I upload it again. Wait a few days and still no joy.
I call Uber support and after going around with their AI chat box I’m finally connected to a real person. After making the issue plain to them I’m told to wait until the day it expires and then upload it. After that I’m to call them and ask that it be expedited so there is no down time .
Anyone else have this issue or advice?
