    NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BY PAX TO UBER

    I have been with Uber for about 2 years now and have done both deliveries and now driving pax. There is current trend of giving negative feedback to Uber by so many pax for reasons unknown. Right now, my account is on the brinks of deactivation because some pax happily send negative ratings of feeling “unsafe” in my driving and that is shocking to say the least. I have driven for over 26 years with zero self-caused accident, a careful driver who cares for his life and that of passengers. How am I getting these negative feedbacks for changing lanes while driving or engaging my brake to avoid accident when some suddenly runs into your lane or get on the road at intersections.

    I will like to know if this trend is happening to others or just me. It seems to be some people just want to have my account disabled for no reason. Does anyone have experience on this or any advice?
