• No more compensation

    I recently went to pick up an uber eats order that had already been picked up by another driver. When I called support to get $3 compensation I was told I am no longer eligible for this compensation because I have gotten to many already. Was told there is a block on my account for this type of compensation. Has anyone else ever encountered this issue. I am a diamond status driver with 96% approval rating. I have appealed this and I am waiting for a decision. Was told by support I should call restaurants before going pick up order to make sure order is available which obviously is impossible to do for every order.
