• No show, call to change location then canceled

    Hi.
    I got a ride request in the morning, I went to the address using Uber navigation, the 2 minutes elapsed with no show, then I got a call from the customer, he said that he cant see me, I said I am in front of the building where the app guided me, he said this is a wrong address! And he said that he requested pickup from 160 Main street, instear of 1548 Main street as shown, which is 4 miles away! And he asked me to co e to pick him up, I said, then I will start the ride, and he confirmed, In the middle of my way to him, he cancelled! Then Uber added the ride fees to my account, however, minutes later, they withdrawn all of the money, I got $0 for this ride afet waisting more than 20 minutes!
    I am new in Uber; it is my second day driving. So I had no experience of the no show policy.

    What can I do to complain and how?
