    Riders charge surge but no extra surge pay

    I’m getting tired of it. Complained about this 50 times. Still heat map rarely has surges. When busy I’ll get a one mile trip request paying $4. Minimum trip fare. I go on passenger app and request a ride that’s one mile long trip and it will cost $23. Charging surge but driver not getting any of it. This has been going on for at least a year and sick of Ubers crooked ways. I’ve had reps tell me all kinds of bologna on this issue. From its a glitch(yea sure it is) other times it’s every thing is working properly. Even said we are working on issue and will contact you when fixed. Never contacted. Never fixed. Uber cheating drivers. PERIOD.
