    Help.

    I completed an enhanced dbs through first advantage/knowyourpeople. Sent a picture along with proof of service update 3 months ago. Shortly after got a letter in the post asking for me to send the certificate off to which I did. Now 3 months later TfL requesting me to send this same said certificate to them or for me to complete one if I haven’t done so. It has passed the 90 days threshold for me to get a reprint. What the hell do I do? Do I have to start another application ?
