    WTF.
    Ability to comfortably sit 8 pax with their carryon luggages and they said 2015 is not eligible meanwhile mine was 2016 but not eligible. Meanwhile KIA Soul was eligible and GLH said there is nothing could be done and I just got this?

    You killed XL when you brought Comfort and I am now supposed to be happy about receiving Comfort requests? F*** you! Your update has brought nothing but hardships.
