    Virtual Greenlight

    I had a virtual greenlight appointment today because I’m not able to log into my app. When I clicked on the link to start the call, I got a screen that says “calling your uber expert…”, but nothing ever happened, no sounds, no connection, nothing. It initially tried to open the app for the call, but when I closed that it was a web based link to start the call. Are the greenlight appointments done through the app? After days of wanting to kill myself trying to get this fixed over the phone (they have no idea of the reason why I’m blocked but can’t simply unblock me, of course) I was crossing my fingers that this might actually accomplish something. I didn’t realize that I would be outsmarted by Uber’s crappy service before it even got started.
