Love all of the info. Wish I knew all this 8 months ago. I'm a FS Shopper in S.A.TX. Instacart just said they were gonna stop hourly guarantees, does that mean less $ for me? I work like you . All the time.
Fairly New Platform Im Trying Out Very Similar To Instacart Except Its A Lot Easier https://gopuff.com/job/executive
no they are not. ridiculous
Nice outfit on you ! God Bless always !
Wow that sounds like y'all are employees & not independent contractors!
I got RI this past week when I was going to a batch my truck broke down.
And no one should receive a reliability for technical issues with the app. I accidentally gave myself one last week , I ended my hours early because after 2 hours no batches , on the way driving home the banana popped up asking me to work 3pm to 6pm. I can't work that late so I thought I said no but guess what it went through . I cancelled and got my first reliability . I really shouldn't have been doing that driving so I learned my lesson. I work 40hrs now when I get them and 2 days off.
I agree with you , there should be a shift allowance up to a certain amount of shoppers for a set time blocks. Like 5 for between 8am-4pm and 5 for 4pm to 9pm. And no one should lose EA for vacation makes no sense.
