I was driving cab in New York City before Uber was ever a thought. As technology changes, we all have to change with all the new innovations that are occurring every day. 1. People don't understand the culture of Corporate America.

JUNO is someone dream to success. They didn't invent rideshare but they did come up with an idea to get a piece of the pie. Their end result is not to drive people around the rest of their life. Their EXIT strategy was to make the most money off the idea and hardwork they put in and live the rest of their lives without having to work.

People you can't get mad because someone dream came true and all of a sudden yours ended. You cannot create your dream off someone elses.

If yall want to drive people around for the rest of your life that is fine but some people may not want to be your boss for the rest of your life either. In corporate america many companies get sold and jobs come and go. You can live your life making other people dreams come true then get mad because they cut you loose. Find your own dreams and do the same.

This new society many people are finding ways to become rich.! Its called WITTY INVENTIONS! Its possible for anyone to come up with an idea to make millions. FYI college is not the answer so don't think you have to go spend thousands of dollars on two or three degrees. Church is not the answer so don't go paying tithes and offerings as if God about to make you a millionaire. God is not about money, we are.

Thinking Smart, Hard Work, Courage, Persistence, and Sacrifice is the key to success.

UberMan is very helpful and has been great informing and communicating to viewers that maybe his dream to do what he does so you can't get mad at someone because they found what works for them.

  2. I have to admit that I have been very negative about Uber and Lyft. Then I realized that being negative and complaining will not take me anywhere, it's not healthy either. I could have invested that time of complaining in something that will take me anywhere. Now I accept everything as it is and stay positive. I still do Uber and Lyft but only when I know that I will make some decent money. I have also signed up for Postmates, DoorDash and GrubHub and all those apps along with my main job which is detailing cars help me to pay the bills.

  3. Uber Man, thank you for being you! Ever since I started driving for Uber, I've been watching your videos! Your a awesome mentor with great info and facts and you do it in a style like no other on YouTube! Keep up the great work! Have you ever heard of an app called DriverDo? I have been making better money then rideshare driving! Driving brand new rental trucks for Budget and Avis!

  4. GREAT WORDS…I've seen you do other business ventures over the past two years and some don't work out for you. But, I'm doing the same as you and lost on many of them as well. This shows that there are two types of people, the complainers and the doers.

Brother, you are doing! Your ambition on this channel has changed the lives of many others and many of them do not really appreciate it!

Keep bringing the ideas out to the people and someone works and will not.

No one is making me do Uber, but in the Los Angeles Market, there is plenty of money to be made in this area. It's paid for a lot of things for me, and I really appreciated them in general. Yes, I do not agree with everything they're doing but, no one's making me do this either!

By the way, the tax benefits are incredible on the mileage! I've been a business contractor for 12 Years, this has been a great benefit for me! You certainly made a good point to those who don't understand this!

  5. Great video! Hey, everyone needs to hit the pressure relief valve and vent every now and again. It's normal and healthy. But when you start to use it as a crutch, as an excuse to fail, then you have a problem. Success comes from hard work, long hours, dedication and tenacity. It takes many failures to find success. If you fall flat on your face, at least you're falling forward. Pick yourself up and keep driving on. When you hear a story about how someone made their fortune, you only hear the winning story. You rarely hear about the many crushing failures. The broken dreams, the constant discouragement, the doubt and the hopelessness you feel. That's when you have to dig real deep. Improvise and overcome! You've seen it in movies and read it in books. That's real life. That's you! You have to be your own movie star. Your own superhero. Find your dream! Hold on to it like your life depends on it! Because it does. Only you can write your success story! Struggle comes before Success. In life, not just the dictionary. NEVER give up.

  6. Uber man thanks for your video. You are right we should stop complaining and just uber on and I am interested in trying out some new businesses out there like drop shipping I herd it's a good online business I am definitely into that I just don't understand it how it works yet but I love ride sharing business I am an uber driver myself and I love it. Also I would like to ask you a question do you do uber assist ? Which is picking up people with disabilities and giving them a ride and I heard The ride fares are more higher then uber x ride fares. I took a test on it and passed so I am waiting on uber to let me know when I can start.

  7. as I said B4, I got no idea why these other Juno drivers are mad. the money was always about the per ride income, never about the mystery money in the rsu..

if any company promises a bonus in the future with no specifics, than it might as well be irrelevant. Juno added about $5 to $10 pr hour in income.. why should we be mad?

I agree with u 100%. aside from the slight nuance that NYC drivers often lock themselves into cars with regulation insurance registration and licensing that they can't just walk away from, worse yet, they're bound by contract in many markets to work with said companies too. at least in NYC, legally we're always allowed to work for as many rideshare companies as we want, but many of us can't just quit

  8. You did not know it at the time, but guys like you, The Rideshare Guy, and the Rideshare Professor, unwittingly increased the value of Juno by millions, and yet as you stated, you made nothing!!

The owners of Juno essentially became multi-millionaires, (partially) based upon the contributions that you and others made by promoting Juno, and convincing unhappy, and hopeful Uber drivers to sign up on their waiting list!

Don't feel bad, as most of us (like you and the other video producers) were also gullible enough to believe the praises sung about Juno by guys like the Professor, who proclaimed that Juno was our "White Knight" which would soon expand from New York into places like California, Florida, and Texas, then make us all shareholders, and deliver us from Uber and Lyft!

Hell, if you go back and listen to the videos put out by everyone, everyone thought that Juno was going to be the next great "Fruit Company, and we were all going to be millionaire rideshare drivers who got in on the ground floor!"

Thousands of Uber and Lyft drivers filled out the driver application form, allowing Juno to show prospective buyers like Gett, just how many drivers were in their camp and ready to go, thus eliminating he need for the new owners to do a lot of marketing and legwork.

Talmon Marco is probably sitting around his pool, drink in hand, thanking all of you guys for your assistance in more than quadrupling his net worth!
