There's nothing worse than delivering several cases of water / sodas and a grown able bodied man stands there watching and then won't even leave a tip ??‍♀️ I think instacart should charge that service fee for apartment deliveries and it should 100% go to the shopper. Every time I see an order with several cases of water and soda or 30lb bags of dog food it's usually an apartment on a higher floor and 99% of the time they do NOT tip.

Yes I have a pickup truck. I think they need pick the people who have suv and trucks. Instead of shoppers with cars.
