    Section 2

    Promotion period

The promotion ran from August 25, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time through August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

The entry window has ended, and new entries are not accepted. During the pilot, entries had to be submitted during this window, and the contest gate rejected early and late submissions.

    Section 3

    No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve an entrant’s chance of being selected.

    Section 4

    Eligibility

The pilot is open to signed-in RideShareGuides drivers who are age 18 or older and in the United States at the time of entry.

By submitting, you confirm each eligibility requirement and authorize the administrator to verify it during the private review.

    Section 5

    How to enter

During the promotion period, create an original Worst Passenger Story and post it through the RSG member feed. Then tag two drivers in that feed post, follow RideShareGuides, and submit the private entry through the contest card on News.

    • Include a private feed-post URL or clear feed-post reference.
    • Attest that you are a signed-in RSG driver, age 18 or older, and in the United States.
    • Attest that you posted the story, tagged two drivers, and follow RSG.

This page explains the terms and does not contain an entry form.

    Section 6

    Entry limits and review

One entry per person is allowed. Duplicate, incomplete, late, or ineligible submissions may be rejected. A submission is not an approval or a promise of a prize.

    Section 7

    Content standards

Stories must be original and suitable for the RSG driver community. Do not include private passenger information, harassment, hateful content, illegal content, or unsafe instructions.

    • Keep out names, phone numbers, exact addresses, license plates, private messages, and other identifying details.
    • Do not submit content that threatens, targets, doxxes, or puts a passenger, driver, or business at risk.
    • Do not knowingly violate another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

The referenced feed post remains subject to RSG community standards and moderation.

    Section 8

    Judging and manual winner confirmation

Coach Carl will manually review eligible entries and confirm one winner. The review checks the entry requirements, originality, and content standards. The pilot does not automatically select a winner or publish entrant stories.

Only one entry can receive the winning confirmation.

    Section 9

    Prize

The winning entry receives one $50 gift card, subject to the gift card issuer’s terms.

There is no cash substitution. The gift card is separate from any DON Points award and is handled after Coach Carl confirms the winner.

    Section 10

    Winner notification

The confirmed winner will be contacted through the RSG account or contact information connected to the entry. The winner has seven days to respond.

If the winner does not respond, cannot be reached, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected or the prize may be forfeited.

    Section 11

    DON Points awards

An approved eligible entry earns 10 DON Points. The confirmed winner earns an additional 100 DON Points.

    • Rejected and duplicate entries earn no contest points.
    • Points post only after server-verified administrator actions. Submitting an entry does not award points.
    • DON Points have no cash value and are separate from the $50 gift card prize.

    Section 12

    Privacy and publicity

The private entry, feed-post reference, attestations, and administrator review notes remain private within the contest workflow. The referenced feed post keeps its own audience settings and community rules.

RSG will not publish or reuse a submitted story, entrant name, or entry details as contest publicity without separate permission.

    Section 13

    General conditions and governing law

RSG may disqualify an entry that violates these rules. RSG may suspend, modify, or cancel the pilot if tampering, technical problems, or circumstances beyond its control affect the contest.

Florida law governs this promotion to the extent permitted by law.

    Section 14
