Quick answers
Is the Free DON Card the same as free membership?
Free membership is the account and onboarding that powers the card. After you complete onboarding, the DON Card is the shareable QR profile, while the Driver ID is your official RSG number. My Card is a separate Rewards wallet.
What do I receive for free?
The free foundation includes your server-assigned Driver ID, shareable DON Card, public profile setup, and driver community access. Service paths may be available after onboarding when you qualify and they operate in your market.
Do I need to pay for my identity and card?
No. The Driver ID, DON Card, and free identity setup do not require a paid membership choice.
Will the card guarantee bookings, deliveries, or income?
No. The card gives riders a clear way to find your profile and use available contact or booking paths. Results depend on your market, activation choices, customer demand, and applicable service rules.
If I already have a driver record, will I lose it?
No. Your existing Driver record, Driver ID, business name, and profile photo are kept. Open your DON Card or Member Dashboard to continue.
