    Clear answers before you join

    The free card gives you a concrete first step. These answers explain what it is, what it connects to, and what remains optional.

    Free RSG membership powers a shareable digital DON Card. After you complete the real driver onboarding, your card connects your server-assigned Driver ID to your public driver profile and QR link.
    Your Driver ID is your official RSG number. Your DON Card is the public card you share with riders by QR code or profile link. My Card is a separate Rewards wallet used for participating Rewards activity. The three serve different purposes.
    You can start with your Driver ID, public profile setup, shareable DON Card, and driver community. Basic BookTheDON, DON Delivery, and Ambassador paths may be available after onboarding when you choose to activate them and the service is available for your market.
    The existing onboarding asks for driver details, market, vehicle information, business name, and a personal profile photo, along with the setup choices needed for your account. Follow the prompts so your public profile can meet the directory requirements.
    No. The DON Card gives riders a clear way to find your profile and contact or request you through available paths. Bookings, delivery opportunities, and customer relationships depend on your market, activation choices, and applicable service rules.
    Those are separate experiences or eligibility programs. My Card is the Rewards wallet, advanced calculator access is not part of this free-card promise, and Founding status is reserved for drivers who meet the official founding criteria.
