ETYN Online LLC operates under the names RSG Network and RideShareGuides. The business was established in 2016. This policy describes information used through the public website, member areas, guides, tools, listings, bookings, education, community features, and related RSG services.

The exact data flows can depend on the feature you choose, whether you are signed in, and the information you decide to submit.

RSG stores personal information across roughly 100 record types. Depending on the feature, those records include information such as:

• driver and rider profiles;
• DON Card applications;
• booking requests;
• business listings and business claims;
• marketplace listings;
• academy orders and progress;
• reviews;
• community posts and comments; and
• a visitor profile used by the Benny chatbot.

RSG uses information to provide the feature you request and to operate the network. Purposes can include:

• creating and maintaining accounts, profiles, listings, applications, orders, and membership access;
• processing purchases, subscriptions, booking requests, and related transactions;
• responding to support questions and routing a request to the right RSG workflow;
• hosting reviews, posts, comments, listings, and other content according to the audience and feature you choose;
• moderating activity, protecting members and businesses, preventing misuse, and keeping the site secure;
• remembering relevant context when a feature, including Benny, is designed to continue a visitor or member interaction; and
• meeting security, accounting, transaction, and other operational obligations connected with the service.

Some RSG features are designed for public display. Business listings, reviews, posts, comments, driver or rider profile details, and other submissions may be visible to the audience described by the feature or selected by you. Do not place sensitive information in a public submission.

Other information is used for account, payment, support, moderation, or service operations. RSG presents information according to the audience and visibility settings of each feature.

The visitor profile used by Benny is operational context for the chatbot experience. It is not presented as a public profile to other visitors.

RSG may share information with service providers that help operate a requested feature. These providers process information only to deliver their service to RSG, and RSG does not sell personal information.

• Buildy / Superdev, with its Supabase database: website hosting, accounts, and data storage.
• LeadConnector (GoHighLevel): customer relationship management and follow-up communications.
• Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): measuring advertising and building advertising audiences.
• Google: web fonts, Google Tag Manager, and Google Maps.
• YouTube and Vimeo: embedded video.
• HeyGen: AI-generated video.
• ElevenLabs: AI voice features.
• AI model providers reached through the site's platform: running the Benny chatbot.

RSG may also use or disclose information when needed to protect members, businesses, the service, or legal rights, respond to a valid legal request, address security or fraud, or complete a transaction.

Benny is the RSG chatbot for visitor guidance and platform help. When you use Benny, the site can use a visitor profile and browser storage or similar continuity mechanisms to remember relevant context and make a later interaction more useful where that continuity is available.

The visitor profile is separate from a public profile. Benny can use the visitor profile and chatbot session information to remember relevant context and make later interactions more useful where continuity is available. The site mainly uses the browser's local storage and session storage rather than its own cookies. These storage mechanisms keep people signed in, remember their language and city, save work in progress and course progress, remember which banners they dismissed, retain a referral code when someone arrives through a referral link, and keep the Benny chatbot session.

Third-party technologies also run on the site. The Meta Pixel runs on every page for advertising measurement and audiences. Google Tag Manager and embedded YouTube and Vimeo players may set their own cookies.

People can clear or block local storage, session storage, and cookies in their browser settings. Meta ad preferences can be managed in Meta account settings. Some features may not work properly if browser storage is blocked.

RSG uses operational safeguards intended to protect information and limit access to people and services that need it for their work. No website, storage system, or transmission method can promise complete security.

Help protect your information by using the site only through trusted devices and by contacting support if you see account activity or content that does not look right.

Personal information is kept for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide the service. When an account is deleted, its information is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except for records that must be kept for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes, such as payment records. Deletion requests go to support@etynonline.com.

You may request access to a copy of personal information connected with you, or ask RSG to delete it, by emailing support@etynonline.com. You can also explain a correction or another privacy question in the same message.

RSG may need to verify identity before completing a request. Some information may remain in limited form when needed for security, legal, accounting, or transaction reasons.

If information appears in a public review, post, comment, listing, or profile, include the relevant page or record in your request so RSG can understand what you want changed. Feature-specific rules may affect how a public submission is handled.

RSG is not intended for anyone under 18. Users must be at least 18 to create an account, apply, list a business, or make a purchase. RSG does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If RSG learns it has collected such information, it deletes it.

RSG may update its privacy policy when the services, record types, providers, technologies, or legal requirements change. Revised policies will identify the date of the update, and RSG may communicate material changes through the site, account notices, or another reasonable channel.
