Terms that explain how RSG works.

ETYN Online LLC operates under the names RSG Network and RideShareGuides. The business was established in 2016. These terms apply to the public website, member areas, guides, tools, profiles, listings, bookings, education, and related services offered through RSG.

These terms govern your use of RSG pages and features.

Some RSG features use an account or membership area. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate for the feature you are using, keeping access details private, and telling RSG through the support channel if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Membership access, feature availability, and any requirements shown during sign-up can vary by service. An account does not give you permission to access private areas, another person’s information, or tools that are not available to your plan or role.

You may use the site for your own lawful activities and for the specific purpose a feature describes. Account access may be limited when needed to protect members, businesses, the service, or the community.

RSG currently offers several paid products and charges. The paid products covered by these terms are Gig Boss Academy at $497 lifetime, Business Starter at $299/month, Business Portal at $9.99/month, and smaller one-off charges at $97, $29, and $11.

The checkout page for a product shows the price, billing pattern, and access being offered before you pay. Stripe is the payment processor used for these purchases. Payment details are handled through the checkout and payment systems provided for that transaction.

A successful payment does not promise a particular income, number of bookings, business result, lead volume, or member outcome. Access to a product may depend on payment confirmation and the service details shown at purchase.

Payments for RSG products are processed by Stripe. Gig Boss Academy and other one-off digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Monthly plans, including Business Portal at $9.99/month and Business Starter at $299/month, may be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future billing. Access continues through the end of the period already paid for. No partial or prorated refund applies to the current period.

You may not use RSG to:

• break the law, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your relationship with a business or member;
• access, scrape, probe, or interfere with accounts, private areas, payment flows, or systems without permission;
• upload malware, spam, deceptive promotions, harassment, hateful material, threats, or content that puts another person at risk;
• submit information that you do not have the right to share, including another person’s private or identifying information; or
• use a listing, community feature, marketplace area, booking tool, or educational resource for a purpose the feature does not support.

These examples protect the people and businesses using RSG. RSG may restrict or remove activity that violates these rules or threatens the safe operation of the service.

You keep ownership of reviews, posts, comments, business listings, marketplace listings, profile information, and other material you submit, except for rights you already grant to someone else. You are responsible for having the permission and rights needed to submit that material.

To provide the requested feature, you give RSG a limited permission to host, store, display, transmit, format, moderate, and otherwise use your submission as needed to operate that feature and keep the service safe. This permission is limited to operating and supporting the requested service. RSG does not receive a promise of promotional reuse without appropriate permission.

RSG may review, restrict, or remove content when it appears to violate these rules, another person’s rights, or the safe operation of the service. A public submission may be visible to the audience described by the feature.

Some parts of the experience rely on services operated by other companies. Stripe processes payments. Buildy / Superdev, with its Supabase database, supports website hosting, accounts, and data storage. LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) supports customer relationship management and follow-up communications. Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) measures advertising and builds advertising audiences. Google provides web fonts, Google Tag Manager, and Google Maps. YouTube and Vimeo provide embedded video. HeyGen provides AI-generated video. ElevenLabs provides AI voice features. AI model providers reached through the site's platform run the Benny chatbot.

Each third party may have its own terms, privacy notice, availability, or fees. RSG describes its own service, and RSG does not guarantee that every third-party service will always be available or operate without interruption.

RSG guides, Gig Boss Academy lessons, tools, community discussions, and other educational material are for general information and practical learning. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, insurance, or financial advice.

Driving, freelancing, business ownership, direct bookings, marketplace activity, and other income paths involve decisions and risks that depend on your situation, location, platforms, customers, costs, approvals, and effort. RSG does not guarantee earnings, savings, bookings, clients, leads, approval, or any particular result.

Check the rules and professional requirements that apply to your own work before acting on educational material.

RSG may limit, suspend, or end access to a feature or account when it believes that doing so is needed to address misuse, security concerns, unpaid charges, a rights complaint, a violation of these terms, or a risk to members, businesses, or the service.

If access ends, some information and user content may remain where needed to operate the service, resolve a dispute, protect security, meet legal or accounting duties, or complete a transaction. RSG handles remaining information according to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal, accounting, security, transaction, and dispute needs.

The site and its features can change as RSG maintains the network. These terms do not promise that every page, listing, booking path, community area, payment flow, or educational resource will always be available, complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose.

You decide whether information, listings, reviews, booking details, business claims, marketplace content, and educational material are appropriate for your situation. RSG does not endorse every user submission or guarantee the actions, quality, identity, availability, or results of another user or business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETYN Online LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

ETYN Online LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid ETYN Online LLC in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to everyone.

RSG may update these terms when the service, products, payment process, community rules, or legal requirements change. Revised terms will identify the date of the update, and RSG may communicate material changes through the site, account notices, or another reasonable channel.

ETYN Online LLC may update this document. The updated version is posted on this page with a new Last updated date. Continuing to use the site after an update means accepting the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and both parties agree to that venue.
