Legal boundary — why per-driver
Each Don has their own business line and their own agent. We do not operate a central dispatch that chooses your driver for you. That boundary keeps this in private car service territory, not TNC, until attorney sign-off on a shared number. Your pick here is a preference — final match uses proximity radius when you request.
