Your business email and optional phone are private and never shown publicly. Evidence is visible only to RSG verification staff.

    How claiming works

1Submit your business email with your name, role, optional phone, and any private evidence. Use a custom domain, not Gmail or another free email service.
2Confirm the code. Enter the six-digit code sent to that business inbox. This confirms inbox control, not legal authority.
3RSG reviews authority. Your claim moves to manual review. The listing stays public and unclaimed while we review the claimant and supporting details.
4Approval grants access. After approval you get the Free Verified badge and owner edit rights. Optional paid tiers later: Tier 3 Rewards $99 and Tier 4 POS $349.

    Owner-ready mini-site

Make the public page feel like your business.

Claim the listing free first. After business verification, RSG can discuss an optional owner-approved mini-site or listing upgrade built around the way customers find you.

    • A stronger branded header and approved photo gallery
    • Clear services, hours, location, and contact details
    • One shareable customer path for local discovery

Owner approval stays with you. Premium presentation is optional after verification.

    Privacy

    • Your business email, optional verification phone, evidence, and notes are private and never shown in the public directory.
    • Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and other free email addresses cannot verify a listing. Use an address on your business domain.
    • Until RSG approves the claim, this listing stays Free Unverified and is not linked to your account.
